6) What have your learnt about technologies from the process of constructing the product?
The use of Adobe Photoshop CS3 has really helped me achieve a better outcome of my magazine than I imagined/pictured, just toying with some of the ideas helped me get some of the results in my final project. I also used many areas around my college to take my pictures for my magazine, some areas with more light than others to get different results, some didn’t work and some did better than others, the lighting was key to the success of the pictures. My plan for my magazine stayed closely to the final image, with the use of a dark background but with lighter fonts and pictures to contrast the sort of party feel to it, dark but bright and Photoshop helped me show these ideas to their full potential. Although at first it appears advanced and quite hard to understand, I eventually got to grips with using the many different tools that the program came with. The use of Adobe Photoshop 3 has really helped me achieve a better outcome of my magazine than I imagined/pictured, just toying with some of the ideas.
